Revised Return & Refund Policy (For Hotel Delivery Service)

Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy Due to the nature of our products (tea/food items) and the specific delivery service to hotels, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons such as a change of mind after the product has been dispatched.

If your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shop@talanton-inc.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Hotel Delivery & Cancellation

・Delivery Policy: All orders are delivered to your specified hotel in Japan. Please ensure you have provided the correct hotel name, check-in date, and guest name under which the reservation is held.

・Failed Deliveries: If the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, hotel refusal, or the guest not being registered at the hotel, we cannot issue a refund. Please ensure your hotel reservation is confirmed before placing your order.

・Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at shop@talanton-inc.com at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled check-in date. Requests made after this period, or after the product has been dispatched, cannot be accepted. Due to the nature of hotel deliveries, we do not accept returns once the item has been shipped or delivered to the hotel.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items As our products are perishable goods (tea), they are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for custom products, gift cards, or items damaged due to customer error or mishandling after delivery.

Refunds If a cancellation request is accepted within the designated time frame, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
