- Enter your hotel name and the name under which your room is booked in the shipping address at checkout.
- Our dedicated support team handles the coordination. We arrange the delivery so that your items will be waiting at your hotel upon your arrival. Your package will be held securely at the front desk, ready for you to pick up at your convenience upon check-in.
